Thanks for posting. I knew of Fred as the local road commissioner when I was growing up, but never knew that he was involved in tractor pulling. I remember dad talking about a group of locals putting an Allison engine in a pulling tractor years ago, but never paid attention to the names as a kid.
My condolences to all who knew him well.
