Eastern Shore of MD		Meant to be a reply to Reality Speaks: Our accrual net earnings were just about record good in '21, good in '22 and fair in '23 but right now '24 net earnings appear to be 60% less than '23 which puts us near the 2003 level. I would take 10 years straight of '23 net accrual earnings but that is just our operation.
