Kingston,Mi | Dad had a 1928 D, in high gear and medium throttle it couldn't outrun me as a 2.5 year old. Dad bought a new roll of wooden picket snow fence and built toddler corral under an apple tree in the yard. Tossed my toys and me in and left to farm with the D. Mom was in the house and could keep an eye on me while she tended the next younger 2. So for 73 years I have been a John Deere fanatic. | |
