Milford, IL | Noticed these Yoplait yogurt cups at Meijer the other day on sale, 10 for $6 or maybe it was $9, acceptable price either way.
These particular cups contain 'ultra filtered' milk, and the end result is quite a lot more protein than a regular Yoplait, about 3x as much protein and zero added sugars. They taste good. Original Yoplait yogurt cups have a ton of added sugar.
Are there any drawbacks to ultra filtered milk?
