Subject: BIN RUN NON-GMO BEANS/CORN?

We harvest, store, and plant a good share of our own wheat every year. If a neighbor happens to have some seed wheat for sale, we may plant some of it as well. Here's the question. At what point in costs (tech/seed costs) does it become advantageous to do the same with beans and corn, or is it too difficult/risky/other issues, with those crops?
