I would fall within the 140/90 but only get down in the 120/70 rarely but sometimes. It is always higher when I go for my annual checkup but doctor doesn't seem to worry about it much where I check it at home and it is ok.

I really like being off medication. Just thought a dry cough was part of my life till I got off the meds.

I don't give Pharma as much credit for being altruistic as you. I think if there ain't money in it they are not interested in it and if it is cheap and effective but not patentable they are not above discouraging it.
