So the bin was at 15%
You run the fans for three days.
Then it is down to 14.5%
You are on the right track now.
Just need to run the fan a few more days.
3 days and it dried a measurable amount!
Was this checked on top and the fan is on the bottom?
Give it 12 days and you are good.
