SC, MN.
What exactly is a Shivers drying system?? Is that the system where the upper few ft of a bin is a batch dryer?? Then to empty it, you open slides & dump it in the bin below?? Are there stir a rators?

As far as drying beans, you can make it pay quite well if done correctly. I’ve ran bean through a continuous flow tower dryer with good results. The most important thing is don’t get them too hot 95° worked well for me. As others said it won’t take very long.

I think that batch system would work quite well with low heat. You’ll just have to figure out your cook time.
