Set the temp at 90 for 24 hrs.

I'm also here in the middle of Minnesota..use a drying bin to dry spring wheat almost every year. Keep the stirators running!

You might end up with 11.5 to 12% moisture when it's over but I've never found that to be a bad thing...as TW comes up as well.
