What was it? 2012? 2013? When we had $.90+ unit N, $1000 potash and Dap?
The difference there was the overhead costs were much less. Now we have cheaper fertilizer costs but machinery/parts/ and other incidentals really add up fast.
I had a mouse get into where the power comes into the pile of an irrigation well service last week. $23/ac just to get that fixed. Unreal
