Yes because that still would equate to 1-1.5 ppm. If your going to sidedress with liquid a good time to do it. Maintain levels and have it banded next to the plant... If you are eliminating a dry pass of 5-8$ it very well may pay just because of that even if you charge the 10-34-0 a 1-2$ trip fee with your 28%
