Corn in milk stage now will not make it, but could make some mediocre silage. I would say corn in late dough/early dent or full dent should be fine. This is the reason why we don't plant later than 93 day corn here in northern Stearns county. Seems like every year I'm worrying if corn will make it.
That being said, ours is starting to dent which means it needs 30 days without a frost yet.
