We are going to desiccate ours as soon as the plane can get across it. I was told if you desiccate too early it will stay green, and if you don’t desiccate, it can be a bear to combine. We planted ours 5/19-5/25. Should have sprayed a week ago but we aren’t done with wheat so dragging my feet a bit. First time growers also.
