i think last fall there were some 2500hd curtain barns that landproz sold for $750,000 or $300/pig space, it would seem theyve dropped a bit. on the barns sold today there was 2 yrs left with christensen paying $45/hog. dont know if integrators will reduces price in new contracts. but those barns last a long time, i saw some "murphy barns" remodeled and they were from the early 90s.
