Add 34.17 gal water/ ton of 32% to make 28%.
4500 gal 32% x 11.05(1 gal 32% weight)=49725 lbs.
49725 lbs/2000=24.86 ton.
24.86 x 34.17 = 849.47 gal of water to add.
Spud is correct with 850 gal.
