Understood. Thanks for the info. Not diabetic. Mainly eat green vegetables almost every day with fish, chicken or beef cooked in olive oil. No salt added. Lowered my salt intake a bunch.


Animal fats are good for you. The olive oil producers have gone to putting canola oil in to cheapen up the product. If you have good kidneys, salt is not harmful. If you eat too much the kidneys will get rid of what isn't needed.


Appreciate it. Good to know about canola oil being added.
