Subject: RE: Controlling resistant Italian Rye Grass in southeast

Holly Hill, SC
Maybe this will help but my issue in these two crops is in October the cotton or soybean has full canopy over the ground. Underneath the canopy the Italian rye grass has already germinated and is not accessible to herbicides. Soon to follow we harvest the crop and the italian rye grass is now 3" tall. Do you think the Liberty and clethodim are a good "burndown" product for this resistant grass?
