I spent a good chunk of the day outside. Moved some calves, cleaned up around the farm a bit. Heat index of over 110, actual neat 97 I think. Unfortunately we ran out of ice cream yesterday.

A few bean field locally decided they'd drop most of their leaves. Many others are thinking about it. You can see the light soil patches on the corn hillsides. Our most mature corn is a 108 day planted April 23 and it's only 50% milk line. The last corn field we planted decided to wait until this week to start pollinating. But that will get chopped anyway.
