Not a bun but a corn tortella wrap. Thought it was strange as my glucose has been between 100 and 110 for the past 20 years and it came back at 130. My weight stays pretty steady also. Might have to get my physical at 11:00 instead of 2. Doctor doesn't require fasting.
Getting blood drawn and lipids checked 6 times a day
