I’ve seen the same swings over multiple years of test plots where both Yield monitor and weigh wagon or truck scales are recorded. It isn’t just test weight. Shape, slickness, moisture, etc.
We don’t calibrate monitor, but weigh a check load of each hybrid in a field to figure offsets.
