Northeast IN | There are still good people out there that HAD to work for what they have and they see others out there that HAVE to work for what they have. They are willing to be fair and not just chase the money because they have been in the same shoes. Most of the time the big paying renters come and go and mine the soil and let fence rows grow up and it ends up costing the landlord in the end. Retiring farmers know what it is like, those who inherit things don’t care about anything but a free ride. | |
