Northeast IN | Keep that attitude and you will never get anywhere. Believe it or not there are plenty of people out there who will rent to you because of the way you take care of things and not because you pay the highest price. There are 2 of us who have been approached to rent the ground and he is open about it. We didn’t find him he found us. Had this similar thing happen around 8 years ago and the landlord split it among 3 of us and we are all paying different rents. Just trying to find opinions on what can be fair to both parties. | |
