Looks like the meat would fall off the grille at that angle. :-)

Just an FYI in case you don't know. If you edit your post, then click on upload files it will bring up your previously loaded pictures. Then beside each picture there is a rotate button you can rotate the picture to the correct angle. Then the meat will no longer fall off the grille. :-)
