| North central Illinois, my area has had around 1.5" in August. Starting to see some drought stress in a lot of the crop especially with these last few days of heat.
University studies show drought stress during milk line stages can decrease yields 1-2% each day that the plant is stressed. Probably naive to believe the top end potential hasn't decreased a bit.
Still expecting above average crops here. | |
