EC SD | I don't even have to read the initiated ballot measures for state constitutional amendment - I just vote no on those every time. In my memory, these seem to always be funded by out-of-state interests...
edit-> I support the idea of initiated measures, but they are very rarely needed. The state legislative process is very open and easy to participate in as an ordinary citizen. If citizens want a law changed, they should talk with their representatives about it. I have done this many times over several decades and it is quite easy to do...
