NW IL | Ken Ferrie has talked about the need to calibrate each hybrid separately. He gave examples of some of their test plots where they'd get a 10-15bu swing switching hybrids between the monitor vs weigh wagon. As in, YM said A hybrid was yielding more than B hybrid but the weigh wagon said it was the opposite. I'm not sure if it has to do with kernel shape hitting impact plate or what, but after hearing him give examples of needing to actually weigh wagon different hybrids and not just go off YM I've been more hesitant to trust the thing when I've got strips of different hybrids.
