Sitting in the waiting room doesn’t change my bp. If something in my life has me upset before I go to the doctor my blood pressure will be up. If life is going smooth before I see the doc the pressure will most likely be down. Three weeks ago the bp was 120/70 at the doctors office. Must not have been worried about much?
