Just keep these things in mind, and bid accordingly, knowing that you might lose the profit game by winning the rent bid. It ain't always roses, and no one here knows what next year is going to bring. Could be record profits, could be record losses. A lot of us were around in those times you mentioned, and while no one is going to tell you what you should pay (firstly, because we have no idea where the land is, or what kind of land it is, and I really don't care in this case), only caution you to sharpen your pencil and make sure you figure your costs accurately and completely, and lock in some profits. | |
