North West IA/western AZ | Dr Eric Westman had a guest on today, Vinnie Tortorich who I had never heard of. I guess he is a health coach and he had several Hollywood types as customers. His last documentary is called "Dirty Keto" and I watched it this afternoon. It's about an hour long but it gives a good synopsis of the current keto phenomenon. I thought it was well done and there was something that could be learned by watching it. It's on Amazon. | |
