Watching Florida condos. It is a race to the bottom.
Of course, they started way too high so still overpriced IMHO. That market is in trouble.
I don't remember the specifics but Florida has a new law that any condo over 3 stories has to have more often and more intense structural inspection. That was causing HOA fees to jump considerably and then on top of the insurance fees jumping it supposedly has softened the market considerably.
