Ground that has APH of 210 corn and 63 soybeans, looking for opinions on where rent should fall for 2025. Multiple elevators and an ethanol plant within 15 miles if that makes any difference.
Takes multiple yrs. of grossing less than inputs before prices will drop for rents as if you give it up its gone forever.
If put up for bids and decent sized fields ,idk, some may push it to $400...What is that rent this yr.? |
