Subject: RE: PPL accident. Any specifics?

the good old days at terre haute I remember the first one at the track and fair grounds. about 2 years ago there was a spectator injuries from a flying front wheel off a limited pro stock tractor. wagler obviously need some sort of fence to protect the infield bleachers. just had concrete barriers spaced out. wheel hit barrier and jumped up. a 5 foot fence would have caught it. I'm not sure how that incident worked out for them. but it was just one person and wheel hit there leg at a fairly slow speed considering everything. no serious injuring probably bad bruising

I doubt this one works out as well. I think the lawyers will run with this. waglers have done well for just being a generation or 2 removed from full blown Amish. done well with all the Duramax stuff they make. but I think they still lack some off the real world business and safety things necessary to operate today.
