Watching Florida condos. It is a race to the bottom.
Of course, they started way too high so still overpriced IMHO. That market is in trouble.
my daughter just put a deposit on a new condo on the ocean town east of Destin. Was kinda surprised at the price, it was less than asking price for dated 30 year old units a year ago.
