I think we are on the same page, Joe. I just wanted to give you an idea of how I do things, because I certainly don’t out it all on the landlord for price shifting. I’m glad you’re happy with things are going, I’ve found some retired farmers work with you a bit and others go for the top rent, it just depends how they view things I suppose.
