Typically when they draw that panel they do it in the morning after 8 hours of fasting. While certainly not fool proof it is probably about as good as they can do since it is not practical to check it 6 times a day. While interesting I guess I would not read too much into those results. As long as the same protocol is followed for each draw whether it be monthly are yearly it should lend some continuity to the process.
