I saw an article about scrap. Don't remember but think it was a new startup. Might have been the same article or a different one.

When the price of a metal gets high enough to make it economical somebody is going to figure it out. Gold recycling has always been a "thing". It just all depends on the economics how minute amounts gets incentive enough to make it happen.
