I actually liked the adaptive cruise when we had to bring 2 cars almost 1000 miles .I followed in the one with adaptive cruise, stayed right with my wife in older car, she set the pace and I hung right with her, except through Denver in rush hour...It’s every man for himself in that mess...
Got another car between us occasionally, but I would get around and hook back up before we went very far.
