I saw a couple hundred acres up at York county Nebraska auction last week on big iron
160.13 ac - $12,100/ac
234.44 ac - $10,700/ac
The pivots belong to current tenant but the wells and electrical for the wells/pivots stay. Still, for land that was selling for $15k+ a year or 2 ago, those seem like softer prices
