That sounds like a great neighbor, wanting to clean something up. I don't like the absentee/hunter/city person neighbor. You call them asking to clean up a property line- no answer. Then if they do answer they don't want their precious junk trees harmed. Not much sense in making a new fence if a neighbors tree could fall and ruin the fence.
Was I wrong for getting upset about this?
