Yay, my buddy had his in May or early June with the bicep tendon re-attached.  Makes a 14 week recovery into a 14 month recovery.  Sleeping in armchair is about the only thing that works for him.  Just saw him yesterday and this morning and didn’t sleep much the last two nights.  He is off the slings now.
