Thank you for pointing out the truth on Trump and the MAGA party. No policy except Project 2025 and Continuous insults.
The last thing anyone on this thread should be worried about is the 100 million limit on capital gains, unless you are a farmer and/or landowner who has over a 100 million of farmland.
Thanks for reminding us that the left continuously lies. Trump never had anything to do with Agenda 2025 and he has openly stated just that many times and yet the media keeps spewing that lie. Actually I can honestly say that the first time I heard of Agenda 2025 was from someone from the left. Actually I think the only time I have heard it talked about from someone on the right it was to denounce support of it.
As far as the $100 million thing maybe I misunderstand what it actually is. Isn’t it a tax bill that will be incurred even without a sale of the asset? If so, the underlying issue that is very important is the tax bill occurring without the sale.occurring. There is a very real danger of incremental creep occurring once that concept is an accepted practice.
