They are trying to rewrite our state constitution here because the state legislature has completely shut them down. The proposed amendment will have no regulation for the first trimester. So parental notification wont be allowed for minors. I can only imagine the propaganda put forth before Election Day for something that wouldn’t pass a committee in Pierre.
