Many feel the opposite here in the past, and I don’t know why - don’t mess with my property. Seems cut and dried simple?
I would think a fence on the property line, it would be a shared fence and you should be consulted before removing it in many cases/ legally. Here I kinda figure who put the fence in can take it out, the 2 fences on my property lines were build by neighbors so I guess they can take them back out if they choose. In my case.
I have a neighbors overgrown grove I can cut it back 5-10 feet to keep the tree branches and sprouts back from my land a bit, I appreciate him letting me do that. If he changes his mind that will be fine, it’s his 5 feet. It always works better when neighbors can talk first and act second.
