What state are you in, don't hide it ?  It is true insurance rates have increased on everything, inflation has hit
real estate the most, your $65K house would probably have a $350K replacement value or more.  If you farm, you
didn't even mention your machinery blanket, etc.
Grain bins, just drop the coverage.  
Some companies have been hit hard lately, and have pulled out of some states completely.  Iowa is a good example
of lots of problems, hopefully some there will chime in.
Educate yourself, then shop around.
