There should be a setback from the property line equal to the height of the tree. No reason for a neighbors trees to be allow to steal from their neighbor.
But is there?
About 20 years ago our poster that goes by crowbar on NAT said something about flying small planes that stuck with me, and I feel like it’s applicable here: “the problem with flying is you can’t fly in the weather that is forecast, you have to deal with the weather that is there.”
