| Came in yesterday and the relatively new neighbor had an excavator removing our shared fenceline/hedgerow, maybe 12' wide. It was a neat hedgerow that I liked because of the boundary and the privacy. No livestock involved. I hay my side and the previous owner kept horses. It was maintained and under control on both sides. There is a fence in the center which was always honored as the boundary. I went over and the owner wasn't there but his grown son was there and said he would have him come by, which he did. He explained that he was going to put in a new fence, which makes it somewhat better, but I still feel he should have discussed his plans prior to doing this. I would have preferred my half of the hedgerow remain. He wasn't confrontational and I'm sure he has the best of intentions, but i'm still aggravated about it. | |
