This is one way the democrats will pay for everything. A farmer can keep his land but if the farmer bought $3000 an acre land and it is currently at $13000 they will need to pay $2500 per acre up front. If the farmer owns 640 acres he owes the government 1.6 million and never sell the property. The Democrats said they want nobody to own anything and be happy. They are well on their way.
