Nw Iowa | Insurance has a end date. Than they come out and appraise it and than you are on your own. If I take what we paid in over last 10 years or 20 years, it far exceeds what we have taken out. This is first year with optional units that we will see a payout and most of it even with a poor crop will be be because of harvest price guarantee. As I said above, bad things can happen here if crop not out timely. Sometimes here we see a good harvest basis on first combined which we always shoot for as kind of bonus money | |
