When compared to the gulf, Brazil has cheaper ocean freight costs. The PNW is its own beast. Rail eats all the advantage up so that it takes rather poor basis in the Dakotas to make it work. -.75 to a -$1.00 basis up there can make the numbers work but the PNW is more overflow/quickship needs. It can’t compete with the gulf until the gulf of maxed out.
