Yep, some will rape the preventive plant provision and now some will get to rape the production side too. I am going to go out on a limb and say it happens more in the tier from Texas up to North Dakota and west because of the size of farms and more shipwreck yields in a ten-year period. A map of indemnity claims would support that statement.
